1. Due to different seasons and the perishable nature of flowers, the exact flowers, containers, or gift accessories may be temporarily unavailable in the region to which they are being delivered. In the rare cases when that happens, we will substitute flowers and/or accessories to create an arrangement or gift basket of a similar design and of equal value.
2. All orders will be delivered anytime between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm on the selected date.
3. In the case when we are not able to complete delivery on the requested date, due to unforeseen issues, e.g. weather conditions, natural disaster, strike, act of terrorism, etc., we will re attempt the delivery as early as possible.
4. In case when an incorrect address has been given to us and we are unable to contact recipient to confirm the address, sender shall be charged for the same irrespective if delivery is completed or not, due to the perishable nature of flowers.
5. In cases where a delivery is delayed due to some other circumstances, we will ensure delivery of the arrangement to your intended recipient to the best of our ability, and will not offer a refund.
6. If the recipient is not at the delivery address during delivery, we will use our best judgment on the safety of the delivery, and will leave the flowers and/or gift items with security or neighbor or leave a delivery card, asking the recipient to coordinate pickup or delivery of the flowers and/or gift items. In any case, we will make our best effort to get your flowers and/or gift items delivered to the intended recipients.
7. We will make every effort to deliver the floral arrangement and/or gift items on the requested day. Unfortunately, due to various circumstances, we are unable to guarantee a delivery time.
8. Recipient may be called to confirm the complete / correct address, if required, to ensure a prompt delivery. Care would be taken to not break the surprise.
9. Any cancellation or address changes shall be done at least 24 hours prior to delivery date. Any cancellation will not be refunded if requested post 24 hours of delivery date.
10. We guarantee to dispatch all our flowers in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your flowers have been damaged in transit, please keep the flowers and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Due to the perishable nature of flowers we cannot be liable for claims beyond this time. Wherever possible we will offer replacement of damaged flowers, however if its not possible, we will offer full/partial refund to purchaser.
