Do you offer same day delivery?
We can offer same day delivery in Mumbai, if your order is placed on our website by 12 noon.
How are the flowers packaged?
The flowers are wrapped in delicate paper and the appropriate packaging container to avoid damage and keep them fresh on their journey. A handwritten message and flower food will be enclosed with the arrangement.
How long will the flowers last and how should I care for them?
Our flowers will last anywhere from five to seven days and sometimes even longer, depending on the variety of flowers as well as surrounding conditions.
There are, however, a number of things you can do to extend the life of your flowers.
- Remove flowers from their protective film
- If flowers are arranged in flower foam, top up with water daily
- If the flowers have been arranged in a vase and tied up in a bunch, carefully remove from vase and cut 2 cms from the end of the stems diagonally and place it back in the vase filled with water, making sure all stems getting access to water.
- Display your flowers in a cool room, away from bright sunlight or direct heat.
- For maximum vase life change the water ever 2 days as bacteria in the water will shorten the vase life.
Can you deliver to all areas in Mumbai?
Yes, we currently deliver to all areas in Mumbai. Just ensure you give us the complete address and phone number of the recipient to ensure prompt delivery.
What will happen if the recipient is not home to receive the flowers?
Our delivery team will contact the sender if the recipient is not at home. The sender can then suggest alternate delivery instructions (with security guard, neighbor or other)
Can I send a card with my message along with the floral arrangement?
You most definitely can! After you have selected your arrangement, you will be given an option to write a few words on our specially designed House of Flowers cards. Your card will be handwritten and attached to the arrangement.
Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?
Yes, your order can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before specified delivery date.
What if I am unsatisfied with the delivery or service provided?
We guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. However, should you be unsatisfied for any reason, do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for dissatisfaction. We will look into the matter on top priority.
